Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PlaySharp website, dashboard, downloadable software, license validation services and any related communications (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by PlaySharp (“PlaySharp”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, completing a purchase, downloading a build, or activating a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that this is the case. We may require age or identity verification at any time and may suspend access pending such verification.

2. Restricted persons and prohibited access

The Service is not offered to, and may not be purchased, accessed, tested, analyzed, monitored or used by, any person or entity acting for, employed by, contracted by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of:

  • Epic Games,
  • ACE Anti-Cheat,
  • BattlEye,
  • NEAC Anti-Cheat,
  • NetEase,
  • Tencent,
  • Easy Anti-Cheat,
  • any publisher, developer, platform operator or game company whose products we support, reference or interact with,
  • any anti-cheat, anti-fraud, threat-intelligence, brand-protection, investigation or enforcement company acting for such parties.

Restricted persons have no permission, authorization, license, consent or contractual right to create an account, register an email address, authenticate through Discord or Google, place orders, download builds, activate licenses, access the loader, inspect our website, dashboard, APIs, binaries, network traffic, infrastructure, documentation, communications or support channels for investigative, reverse-engineering, enforcement, litigation, competitive-intelligence or anti-abuse purposes. Any account created by a restricted person, or for the benefit of a restricted person, is unauthorized from the moment of creation and may be disabled, preserved as evidence and removed without notice or refund. They may not ask, pay, direct, encourage or authorize another person to create an account, purchase, access, copy, forward, test, inspect or analyze the Service on their behalf.

Any access by a restricted person is unauthorized access, material breach of these Terms, and may violate applicable computer misuse, trade secret, copyright, anti-circumvention, contract and unfair competition laws. We reserve all rights and remedies available at law or equity, including immediate account termination, license revocation without refund, preservation of evidence, payment dispute defense, injunctive relief, damages, attorneys’ fees, reporting to payment providers and law enforcement, and civil or criminal complaints where permitted by law.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling reasonable security on the email and OAuth accounts (Discord, Google) that you link to PlaySharp, and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must:

  • provide accurate email, billing and contact information,
  • notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account, and
  • not share your account, password, license key or HWID reset capability with any third party.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, abusive, used in violation of these Terms, or linked to fraudulent payments.

4. License grant

Each paid order grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to install and run the purchased build on a single device identified by its hardware identifier (“HWID”), for the duration stated on the service page (e.g. 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, lifetime). All right, title and intellectual property in the software, builds, branding, art, documentation and dashboard remain with PlaySharp and its licensors.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive source code from the software, except to the extent expressly allowed by mandatory law;
  • rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the license, the binary or any HWID reset;
  • circumvent license checks, HWID binding, integrity verification, update mechanisms or anti-abuse systems;
  • use the software in connection with paid coaching, tournament play involving real prizes, or commercial cheating-as-a-service offerings;
  • use the software to attack, disrupt or harm third-party infrastructure outside the scope of the supported games.

5. HWID binding and resets

The license is locked to the first HWID that activates it. Limited self-service HWID resets are granted per service as described on the service page or dashboard. Additional resets may be granted at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cooldown or fee. HWID resets are not a workaround for license sharing; abuse will result in revocation of the license without refund.

6. Use of game enhancement software — risk acknowledgement

You understand and acknowledge that running PlaySharp services may violate the terms of service, end-user license agreements or anti-cheat policies of the target game, its publisher or its platform provider, and may result in account warnings, suspensions or permanent bans of your game account, your platform account, and any associated hardware. You assume full and exclusive responsibility for any such consequences. PlaySharp is not a party to your relationship with any game publisher or platform.

We do not guarantee undetected status, uptime, compatibility with any specific game version, or freedom from interruption. Detection events, emergency takedowns and forced pauses are an intrinsic and expected part of this category of software.

7. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are displayed on the service page in the currency stated at checkout (USD or BRL). Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. Orders are accepted only when payment is captured and confirmed by the relevant payment provider (Stripe, Mercado Pago, NowPayments). We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, sanctions compliance, mismatched billing information, or repeat chargebacks.

8. Delivery

Digital delivery is performed by issuing the license key to your dashboard and making the corresponding build available for download. Delivery is normally instant after payment confirmation. Webhook delays from the payment provider may cause occasional latency; if the license is not visible in your dashboard within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact support.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or perform vulnerability scanning without prior written consent; (d) harass our staff, community moderators or other users; (e) resell access in any form. Violation of this section is grounds for immediate, permanent termination without refund.

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated agents, AI tools, machine-learning systems, browser automation, scripted requests, data-mining tools or similar systems to access, copy, harvest, index, summarize, train on, reproduce, republish, mirror, archive, monitor or automate any part of the Service, including website content, pricing, product descriptions, documentation, dashboard data, APIs, loader behavior, binaries, communications or support materials, without our prior written permission. Any automated or AI-assisted access for content theft, model training, competitive intelligence, enforcement, account creation, purchasing, scraping, bypassing access controls or operational automation is expressly forbidden.

11. Beta and experimental builds

Builds marked as “beta”, “experimental”, “testing” or similar are provided for evaluation purposes. They may be unstable, may be withdrawn at any time, and are not eligible for refund on stability grounds.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account or payment method has been compromised or used fraudulently, or that continued service would expose us to legal or operational risk. On termination for cause, any remaining license duration is forfeited and no refund is owed.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR UNDETECTED STATUS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAYSHARP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNTS, ITEMS, PROGRESS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PlaySharp from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right, including any game publisher’s terms of service.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. The Terms in force at the moment of each purchase apply to that order.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith via [email protected]. Where the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different forum.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is to be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
